1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually as a legal practitioner, advocate, student, or on behalf of a law firm/entity) and Amicus Legist Law Solutions, having its registered office at Building No. 2362, Prakash Kunj, Joshi Street, Near Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalay, Sector 9, Faridabad, Haryana - 121006.

By downloading the mobile application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or by accessing our web portal, you expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms, the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and applicable state regulations of the Government of Haryana and the Union of India.

2. Nature of Platform & Scope of Services

Amicus Legist Law Solutions operates as a digital legal intelligence and research productivity platform. The platform features Central and State Bare Acts indexing (BNS, BNSS, BSA, IPC, CrPC, CPC), Supreme Court and High Court judgment analysis, automated chamber document drafting templates, and mobile courtroom case diary notifications.

The platform does not engage in the practice of law, does not solicit clients on behalf of advocates, and does not establish an advocate-client relationship.

3. Information Accuracy & Independent Verification Obligation

Answers, Bare Act lookups, judgment summaries, ratio extractions, and automated drafting templates provided by the platform are intended strictly for research assistance and preliminary reference.

Amicus Legist Law Solutions and its management assume no liability or responsibility for any inaccuracies, omissions, procedural delays, or adverse court outcomes. Advocates, lawyers, and users must exercise their own independent professional judgment to verify all statutory provisions, recent amendments, bailability statuses, and judicial citations before relying upon them for legal filings or client advisory.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Google Play & Apple Pay)

Certain enhanced features, extended research quotas, and premium chamber modules require an active subscription:

• Android In-App Purchases: All subscription payments, tier upgrades, and token renewals on Android devices are processed securely via the Google Play In-App Billing System.
• iOS In-App Purchases: All subscriptions and transactions on iOS devices are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase and Apple Pay.
• Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior via your Google Play Store or Apple ID account settings.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All proprietary software code, user interface architecture, brand identifiers, logo graphics (*Amicus Legist Law Solutions* / *Your Legal Eagles*), and algorithms are the exclusive property of Amicus Legist Law Solutions. Users may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute platform assets without prior written consent.

6. DPDP Act, 2023 & Data Rights

We treat your data with utmost confidentiality in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and case history at any time through our Account & Data Deletion Portal or via email to support@amicuslegist.com.

7. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction (Haryana, India)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state regulations of the Government of Haryana. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India.
