Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. In-App Purchases (Google Play Store & Apple App Store)

Amicus Legist Law Solutions offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription tiers, as well as pay-as-you-go chamber research token packs inside our mobile applications.

All digital purchases, subscription renewals, and billing transactions completed on Android devices are handled through the Google Play In-App Billing System, and transactions on iOS devices are handled through the Apple App Store (Apple Pay).

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date:

Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility & Platform Guidelines

Because subscription processing and in-app purchases are governed directly by app store ecosystems:

• Google Play Purchases: Refund requests for Android purchases are subject to Google Play Refund Policies. You can request a refund directly through your Google Play account order history within 48 hours of purchase.
• Apple App Store Purchases: Apple manages all refund determinations for iOS purchases under Apple Media Services Terms. Users can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Direct Technical Disruptions: If you experience verified server failure or duplicate token billing, you may also email our billing desk at support@amicuslegist.com with your order reference number for resolution.
